Owner, Julio Sandoval, Indicted on Federal Charges

Owner of Safe Sound Secure Youth Ministries has been arrested after violating a protection order against a minor and arranging with the child’s mother to have him transported to Stockton, Missouri.

The minor child was restrained in handcuffs for approximately 27 hours, according to the unsealed indictment, while being driven by two associates of Safe Sound Secure Transport from Fresno, California to Stockton, Missouri.

The child was held in Stockton, Missouri for eight days until he was released into the custody of his father.

Safe Sound and Secure Ministries currently lists their address as being based in Piedmont, Missouri, but documents on their website show their address as “12755 E 1410 Rd, Stockton, MO 65785.” This address places their location as more or less on the campus of Agape Boarding school.

According to SSSM’s Transport Health Form, health care services are provided by Level 4 Medical Professional Corp, located in Stockton, Missouri. Level 4 Medical is owned by David Smock who is awaiting trial after being charged with sex crimes in Dallas and Cedar Counties.

Safe Sound Secure Youth Ministries is a registered Non-Profit in Missouri. Amber Sandoval has been listed as a Vice President. Timas Araya has been listed as a director. Both use the same Stockton Address.

As of January, 2022, Safe Sound Secure Transport was registered to the address of 299 Wayne 459, Piedmont, Missouri, which is also home to ABM Ministries. Julio Sandoval, owner of Safe Sound Secure Youth Ministries and Safe Sound Secure Transport is also on the board of directors for ABM Ministries, along with Larry Musgrave and Reed Goodman.

ABM Ministries also goes by Lighthouse Christian Academy.
